ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

ORDERS - Section 1 

Please email contact@buckingequestrian.com, with your order number, within 30 minutes after submitting an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after this time. 

 

 

If you place your order and do not add the discount code, we cannot give you a partial refund or add the discount code to adjust your order. Please be sure to add your discount codes before placing your order!

 

SHIPPING - Section 3

THE SHIPPING METHOD DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME. Your order may not go out the next day, but we usually ship out orders within 1-3 days. 

All of our products that ship domestically have 1-5 day shipping. Once you receive an email stating that your order is completed, your order should be arriving shortly! Although you may receive an email stating that an item has shipped, it may take 1-3 days for it to be dropped off at the post office. Usually, items are dropped off Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We try to ship out our orders the next business days (orders will not be able to get shipped out on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

If the items are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges. No exceptions.

PRODUCT DEFECTS - Section 4

We take great pride in the high quality products available through our website. All of our items are carefully inspected before being shipped to you. However, we will happily replace or refund you for a product if it is defective or damaged. To learn about the return process, please view section 5.
RETURNS/REFUNDS - Section 5

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Bucking Equestrian. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your item. (exception for orders placed during the holiday season, returns are available until January 10th). We do not offer return labels. 

To be accepted by our Customer Service Team, parcels must be returned in their original condition (packaging, tags etc.), undamaged, not worn & accompanied by all of its accessories.

eGift Cards are NON refundable

How to return:

1) Email our Customer Service Team at contact@buckingequestrian.com (Email response time is usually within 24 hours - this may vary) Please include your order number in this email, or we will not be able to process your return. Please make sure you have read section 5 (returns/refunds) before requesting a return.

2) After you get an email back from us (this email will include what address to ship to) being approved for a refund, then ship out your package! Please make sure to write the order number on the package so we can properly refund the correct order

3) Once you have shipped out your package, please send us another email with the tracking information. 

4) We will refund you as soon as possible upon receiving your return item(s).
